By accessing or using EQUITEXOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized commercial use, distributing malware, or violating any applicable laws. Violation may result in immediate termination.
EQUITEXOS, its logos, and platform content are proprietary. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, extended inactivity, or at your request. Upon termination, your access ceases and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
EQUITEXOS provides market data, analytics, and AI-generated insights for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation to trade.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
