EQUITEXOS
Tracking Architecture
This operational notice clarifies how EQUITEXOS uses cookies, browser storage, and pixel telemetry to verify your sessions, preserve preferences, and safeguard your data.
Essential cookies are strictly mandatory to preserve the fundamental structural stability, security layers, and core operations of EQUITEXOS. These elements encompass encrypted authentication cookies that verify your active identity across database calls, automated Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection tokens that block malicious script injections, system load balancers, and active payment verification cookies. Because our core platform infrastructure cannot execute safely or accurately without these foundational elements, they cannot be selectively turned off or bypassed within our consent management systems. Disabling them through advanced browser configurations will completely break account authentication pipelines.
To continuously improve our platform's interface speeds and refine our predictive modeling capabilities, we use privacy-respecting analytics cookies and web beacons. These scripts track overall usage indicators—including system request counts, page render latencies, feature interactions, error codes, and global referral paths. All harvested metrics are immediately aggregated, stripped of unique identifiers, and anonymized before being compiled into internal engineering reports. We explicitly do not correlate analytics trackers with real names, email addresses, or specific financial portfolio balances, and we bar these data layers from monitoring your digital activities on outside websites.
The functional lifecycle of our deployed trackers varies depending on their specific technical purpose. Session cookies are dynamic and auto-expire the moment your active browser terminal is closed. Persistent cookies remain saved inside your browser storage directory for a pre-configured timeline—typically spanning from seven (7) days up to twelve (12) months. For safety, active session identity authentication cookies expire and log out automatically after thirty (30) days of user inactivity. This design protects your private portfolio inputs, watchlist configurations, and sensitive billing tags from unauthorized terminal access.
You hold the absolute legal right to dictate how cookies are managed on your hardware terminals. Most modern web browsers allow you to review existing data files, systematically purge storage caches, block third-party tracking cookies, or configure strict warning pop-ups before cookies are written. You can also change your choices at any point by visiting your account Settings dashboard on EQUITEXOS. Please be aware that if you opt for total cookie blockades within your browser settings, you will lose access to core areas of our platform, and interactive modules like custom alerts and dashboard configurations will fail to run.
Various modern web browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) configuration header designed to broadcast an automated opt-out signal to all visited digital applications. EQUITEXOS honors active browser DNT signals by automatically disabling all non-essential analytics tracking, feature optimization metrics, and promotional marketing cookies when a DNT broadcast is found. However, essential cookies required for user login states, API authentication, and security token management will continue to execute normally to keep the application functional.
We adjust this Cookie Policy dynamically to stay perfectly aligned with changing global privacy regulations (including the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, and updated state-level frameworks) and modifications to our platform infrastructure. Every revised text block is marked with an updated 'Last Revised' timestamp and goes into effect immediately upon publication. If we deploy material modifications that change your privacy choices, we will alert you by displaying a prominent notice banner across our application interface or by sending a formal bulletin to your registered email address.
